Is the course full?
Most of our partner institutions routinely update their websites with course capacity information. Some institutions have waiting lists while others require that you routinely check their registration system for openings. Contact our Virtual Help Desk for more direction on how to find specific information if you cannot find it in another question.

Where can I find out if my course is full?
You will need to go directly to the host institution to find out if the course is full or not. Most institutions have that information online and if they don’t, the registration department should know.
- Brandon University - Registration Guide (Scroll down to “Limited Availability/Full Course List.”)
- Red River College - Sessions with few seats available are clearly marked on the Courses and Decriptions page for each course.
- The University of Winnipeg - Wait Lists (Students use WebAdvisor to see if course is full. If you are not yet a student, you can view the information as a guest.)
- University of Manitoba - Course Catalogue (Students can browse Aurora with or without a login and find the specific course. Follow the links until you reach a page with capacity numbers.)

What do I do if the course is full and I still want to register?
Does the course have a waitlist? If it does, you should get yourself on that list. If you are already on the list, keep an eye on your email notification as that is how the school will communicate with you. An institution without a waiting list will require you to check its registration system for openings. All questions regarding course expansions should be directed to the institution or the instructor.
