In this session we will explore how best to lead a multi-generational workplace through self-reflection, leadership style, and communication. There are currently five generations in the workforce. This unique opportunity creates a dynamic workplace where individuals have varying interests, motivations, and outlooks, all which impacts workplace culture. Leadership is key to embracing the unique needs of each generation and to building systems that allow people to not only celebrate each other's differences but to find opportunities for collaboration and connection. We discuss and assess the various challenges and opportunities multigenerational workplaces may bring. You will learn to create strategies to develop a culture that values individual's uniqueness and the ability to communicate as well as how multi-generational workplace can be an organizational strength.
