This course provides an overview of the goals and design of effective compensation frameworks and explores some approaches to compensation decision analysis. Topics will include pay and reward structures, job analysis and job evaluation, salary scales and labour market data, and union negotiation.

Completion of DPS-15245 Principles of Human Resource Management required (recommended prerequisite).
