Anyone who is relatively new to the field of human resource management or who has been a human resources practitioner for a brief period and is prepared for an intense and dynamic learning experience in this condensed format. Managers, supervisors or others having partial responsibility for human resource elements may also find the course valuable. Human resource management is defined as the effective utilization of employees in order to achieve the goals and strategies of the organization. This course will provide a comprehensive, realistic approach to human resource management. The essential elements covered are recruitment, selection, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits and employer/employee relations.
