For many of us across the globe, including here in Manitoba, the COVID-19 pandemic makes for a very uncertain future. During this time of uncertainty, it is crucial that you are kind and patient to yourself. You are doing the best you can in a time where even simple daily tasks can feel overwhelming. It is perfectly okay to feel more anxious than usual. It is perfectly okay to feel less productive than usual. This is a unique time for all of us and we are all trying to deal with it the best we can.
