This course deals with an introduction to pharmaceuticals from natural sources and their biosynthetic origin. This also includes various methods of synthesis, and studies on structure-activity relationships of anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and anti-microbial chemotherapeutic agents.
Prerequisites
CHEM-2202 and CHEM 2203 (prerequisite).
