The Capstone Project is the final course in the Leadership Development Certificate Program and will incorporate the frameworks, principles and tools acquired in the prior three courses to complete an applied leadership project. Your instructor will be available as coach/mentor support. Prerequisites: Leading Teams and the Organization Outcomes: Upon successful completion of the capstone project, you will be able to: Identify a leadership challenge project that you would like to make progress on, plan and take next steps to make progress on this challenge. Through reflective exercises record in your Leadership Challenge Workbook (will help you plan your project) and your Leadership Learning Journal (will support your learning) Write a final Leadership Theory of Practice Integration Paper that includes your authentic Leader Identity, your Leadership Legacy and an updated Integrated Leadership Development Plan going forward.
